PacifiCorp seeks a Labor Relations Specialist to support our Energy & Utilities operations across the Northwest. In this role, you will administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements, support negotiations with unions, and advise leaders on contract compliance, discipline, and grievance handling. You will analyze labor data, prepare reports, and help develop strategies that promote fair, safe, and productive workplaces. Partnering with HR, Legal, and Operations, you’ll foster a diverse, inclusive culture while balancing business objectives, employee engagement, and customer-focused reliability.
