Specialty Infusion Nurse -- RN PRN Domo Health is hiring an experienced specialty infusion PRN RN.This is clinical work that matters -- IVIg, biologics, and specialty infusion therapies administered in patient homes.Flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and no hospital floor politics.What You'll Do Administer IVIg, biologic infusions, antibiotics, TPN, hydration, and other specialty therapies in patient homes across the Charlotte metro area Conduct pre-infusion assessments and monitor vital signs per titration protocol throughout every visit Carry and maintain your emergency and anaphylaxis kit at every patient visit Document all visits in AlayaCare within 24 hours and submit nursing notes within 48 hours Communicate with Domo Health pharmacy partners and support team on all case matters Report any adverse events or infusion reactions to our clinical team immediately What We're Looking For Active RN license - valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license Minimum 2 years of IV or infusion therapy experience -- home health or specialty infusion preferred IVIg administration experience strongly preferred Comfortable working independently in a home setting without on-site backup Reliable transportation PICC line and Port-a-Cath access experience preferred CRNI certification preferred -- not required The Details Position type:W2 PRN Schedule:Flexible -- you set your availability Pay:Competitive hourly rate based on experience Start:Within 2-4 weeks Why Domo Health We are a nurse-led, founder-operated specialty infusion company licensed statewide.We are contracted with Optum, Elevance Health, Infucare Rx, NuFactor, Palmetto Infusion, Realo, and AmeripHarma.Charlotte is our home market and we are growing fast -- the nurses who come in now grow with us.How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed or email your resume to brandon@domohealthgroup.com Subject line:Infusion RN -PRN - Your Name We respond to all qualified applicants promptly.Priority given to nurses available within 2-4 weeks.Domo Health Equal Opportunity Employer domohealthgroup.com Pay:$47.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Flexible schedule Life insurance Retirement plan Application Question(s):This position is strictly PRN.There are no guaranteed hours, no minimum shift requirements, and no expectation of regular weekly cases.Work is offered based on pharmacy demand and operational needs.Are you comfortable accepting cases when available without expecting guaranteed or ongoing weekly work?
