Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Mason/Waterproofer specialized in foundation repairs/egress window instaltion and basement systems.This role is not just about laying brick; it involves technical waterproofing solutions and the precise installation of egress window systems.Duties Specialty Masonry:Performing structural repairs, tuckpointing, and foundation masonry.Waterproofing:Installing interior/exterior drainage systems, sump pumps, and vapor barriers.Commercial waterproofing:Peel n stick membranes installation of under slab waterproofing systems Egress Windows:Full installation process including excavation, cutting through concrete/foundation walls, and window well placement..Skills Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques including concrete finishing, rebar installation,.Experience operating concrete saws.3years of experience in masonry or basement waterproofing.Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality craftsmanship.Valid Driver's License (Required) Pay:$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Language:Spanish (Required) Work Location:In person.
