Specimen Accessioner

A specimen accessioner will work closely with other laboratory personnel to catalog patient specimens for review.Those samples are processed and examined by laboratory professionals for diagnosis and treatment.In this position, the candidate will need to be extremely thorough as laboratory professionals' work and test results depend on how specimens are prepared.The work is mainly administrative in nature, but the role is versatile and candidate may assist with other functions required by the lab; such as answering phones, preparing sample kits, and assisting with inventory/warehouse tasks.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Paid time off Medical Specialty:Pathology Shift availability:Day Shift (Required) Work Location:In person.
