The ideal candidates will provide services to students, in accordance with established standards of care and in compliance with applicable policies and guidelines. Engage individual and group therapy sessions that empower students to find their voice. Support communication growth by addressing expressive/receptive language, fluency, articulation, and social-pragmatic skills. Innovate with Augmentative and Alternative Communication strategies, designing and implementing tools and approaches that open new pathways for communication. Train teachers, staff, and families to use practical strategies that foster communication success across environments. Any other duties as assigned.
