Job Title: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) Job Type: Full-time | Part-time Pay: Starting at $39 per hour Work Location: In-person | Clinic-based About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and work directly with children and school-aged patients in a clinic-based setting. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in young patients. Your contributions will help children overcome communication barriers, build confidence, and succeed both in and out of the classroom. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication skills in children and school-aged patients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on improving articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication. Provide evidence-based therapy in a supportive, clinic-based environment. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure progress in both therapy and school settings. Offer early intervention services to children with speech and language delays, helping them meet developmental milestones. Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Educate families, teachers, and caregivers on strategies to support speech and language development at home and school. Stay updated on the latest research and therapy techniques for working with pediatric patients.
