We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! In this role, you'll work with residents in a skilled nursing setting to support speech, communication, cognition, and swallowing needs. This is a great opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are looking to build strong clinical skills in a supportive, team-focused environment. You'll play a key role in helping residents regain independence, improve their quality of life, and feel confident in their daily interactions. What You'll Do Evaluate residents and create personalized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing Track progress and adjust care plans to support meaningful outcomes Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and strategies Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate closely with nursing and therapy teams to provide well-rounded care Create a supportive, encouraging environment for your patients every day What We're Looking For A therapist who is patient-focused, positive, and team-oriented Strong communication skills and clinical judgment Someone who enjoys building relationships with residents and coworkers Interest or experience in working with a geriatric population Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) A willingness to learn, grow, and develop clinically Why Join Us?
