Now Hiring Home Health Speech Therapist -King County Coverage Area: Field-based role serving clients across Federal Way and surrounding cities. Territory is flexible based on business needs Compensation : $45-$55 Type : PRN, Part-time or Full Time Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM JOB SUMMARY The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech language pathology services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service Agreement. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts appropriate evaluations, assesses home environment (as appropriate), and identifies equipment needs relative to speech/language function. Assumes responsibility for the ongoing interdisciplinary assessment and development of the individualized plan of care in partnership with the patient, representative (if any), and caregiver(s); Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care;
