Dream Therapies is a local Nevada based company that has been in practice for 2 decades.We are widely respected by local Pediatric Primary Care Providers, Specialists, Family Organizations and Families of children of special needs due to our long standing history, unique care concept and commitment to quality, family centered care.We are seeking SLPs or CFs for a part time position, with our multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric team.In this position you will become part of a team of professionals invested in you achieving personal goals and making measurable differences in the lives of our clients.We are looking for flexible, family oriented, creative individuals who think outside of the box while providing evaluation and treatment for the wide variety of children/families we serve.In addition to traditional clinic based therapy we have opportunity for you to use hippotherapy and aquatics as part of your treatment plan.So much fun! Position requires Nevada Speech Language Pathology license The ability to perform evaluations and develop a treatment plan with goal in collaboration with a parent/legal guardian The ability to implement that plan of care in treatment sessions and have follow through with the parent/legal guardian with documented home programs The ability to complete treatment plan updates and reevaluations for continuing care when it is medically justified strong computer skills for documentation in an EMR for evaluation, reevaluations and treatment two previous supervisor references (letters of recommendation are accepted and preferred) the ability to work in a fast paced, exciting team environment.Preference is given to therapists with pediatric experience though mentorship is available.Most of our clients are school aged and we therefore support our families by providing services both during evenings or weekends.Estimated schedule would be Wednesday-Friday mornings or afternoons!
