About Client Our client is thriving, large, pediatric medical practice located in heart of the medical district in Savannah, GA and a second location in Pooler, GA! They provide Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy. They work with children ranging in ages from birth to 21. They pride themselves on supporting, encouraging, and coming along side families where they are, as well as being involved in the community, providing parent education, and physician education. Professional Growth: CEU reimbursement Paid licensure/ASHA dues Access to advanced trainings and mentorship (yes, even for seasoned SLPs) 401 K Matching Important Notes If you are currently a licensed SLP in another state, it may take 1-3 months to get a Georgia license. Only after Receiving a Georgia License (1-3 months) After accepting a job position with our client, they can begin the insurance credentialing process. Credentialing can take as long as 4 months to complete. It is a required process for all medical facilities. If any employer offers to employ you more quickly they are not completing the required insurance credentialing process. As a licensed professional it is very important to plan 4 months ahead for an in state change and 6 months in advance for an out of state change. If you begin work with them sooner, it will take 90 days to get to a full schedule as they add patients as each insurance is approved. Qualifications Requirements: Professional license in respective field-Professional liability insurance-Prior expertise and/or comfort working in a clinic setting. Organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as desire to develop professionally Is CFY acceptable?: Yes Job Functions: Screen, Evaluate, Treat, Score and Interpret Standardized Tests, Create a Well-Developed Plan of Care, Provide Therapeutic Intervention. Must have access to a computer (preferably laptop) with internet, email, and Word. Work collaboratively with a supportive team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational and Physical Therapists-Communicate with clients, parents, and all team members'.
