Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations for individuals of all ages utilizing standardized assessments and observational strategies. Create tailored treatment plans to target immediate objectives and support long-term communication and swallowing goals. Deliver individualized therapy sessions concentrating on aspects such as fluency, language skills, and voice therapy. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including PTs, OTs, nurses, and family members, to develop integrated care approaches. Educate patients and their families to promote progress and skills utilization beyond therapy sessions. Facilitate inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuation of care. Document clinical information accurately and promptly, adhering to organizational, state, and federal regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about advancements in speech-language patholog
