Description Conduct comprehensive evaluations for clients across the lifespan utilizing both formal assessments and informal observations. Create tailored treatment plans targeting immediate and future communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals. Implement personalized speech therapy strategies focusing on language, fluency, body, voice, and swallowing skills. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop cohesive care plans. Offer support and education to patients and their families, promoting continued progress outside clinical settings. Participate in occasional inpatient therapy assessments and interventions for seamless continuity
