Description Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations utilizing established assessments and observational techniques. Create individualized treatment plans that cater to short-term objectives as well as long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs. Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that focus on various aspects including communication, language, fluency, voice production, and swallowing therapy. Engage collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family members, and caregivers to formulate cohesive care strategies. Provide education for patients and their families to bolster progress beyond clinical sessions.
