Description Conduct thorough evaluations for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing both standardized assessments and observational techniques. Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to short-term objectives and long-range communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. Deliver attentive one-on-one speech therapy focused on enhancing communication, language capabilities, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions. Engage collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop cohesive care approaches. Provide education for patients and families to foster progress outside the therapy sessions. Occasionally partake in inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care. <
