Position Highlights Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, spanning the pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing both standardized assessments and keen observational techniques. Curate individualized treatment plans prioritizing both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals. Deliver personalized one-on-one speech therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication skills, language fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques. Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and family members to create seamless care frameworks.
