Description Conduct comprehensive evaluations for a variety of age groups using recognized assessment tools and behavioral observations. Design customized treatment strategies that cater to immediate and future communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. Deliver dedicated speech therapy services targeting areas such as language processing, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing skills. Engage in teamwork with interdisciplinary colleagues, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to forge unified care approaches. Provide education and resources to patients and families, empowering them to support therapeutic gains beyond the clinic. Participate in infrequent inpatient assessments and therapies, ensuring seamless transitions in patient care. Document
