Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations for diverse populations, employing standardized assessments and keen observational skills. Create tailored treatment plans that set achievable short and long-term goals addressing communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges. Deliver individualized speech therapy that targets various aspects including communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team - including other therapists, physicians, and family members - to develop holistic care strategies. Educate patients and families to enhance progress beyond therapy sessions. Provide occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy to ensure comprehensive care continuity. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulatio
