Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team-including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians-to ensure cohesive patient care. Provide education and resources to families, empowering them to support patient progress outside of sessions. Participate in inpatient evaluations and therapies as required, ensuring a seamless and supportive care experience.
