Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Ohio SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Client preference: Home health experience preferred. Client preference: Experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days - 8 hour. Part-time.
