Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with multiple positions available for qualified professionals who are passionate about helping children achieve their full communication potential. Key Qualifications Valid and active SLP license in Michigan (please be prepared to provide a screenshot as proof) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities Commitment to supporting students with diverse and special needs Primary Responsibilities Provide on-site speech and language therapy services to K-12 students under IEPs and other academic plans Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention goals, and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design effective strategies that support student success Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate records and adhere to all special education compliance standards This position offers a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week, allowing you to deeply engage with a dedicated school community and see your students’ growth firsthand.
