This full-time position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours, serving a diverse, cross-categorical caseload in an engaging elementary and middle school environment near Naperville, IL. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential Eligibility for Illinois state SLP licensure (or current license) Experience working with K-8 or pediatric populations preferred Skilled at evaluating and providing therapy for a cross-categorical caseload Strong communication and organization skills Commitment to collaborative practice in school settings Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver effective therapy to students with a range of diagnoses and abilities Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district requirements Engage in IEP meetings and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team Communicate progress and strategies to families, teachers, and administrators Support students across educational settings, adapting interventions as needed Become an integral part of helping students find their voices and thrive academically and socially.
