Job Description: We're seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention (EI) team, providing high-quality services to infants and toddlers (birth-3) and their families in natural environments. As a Speech Therapist- Early Intervention at Rising Stars, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our young clients and their families. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and service coordinators Demonstrate strong professional judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and scheduling requirements Collaborate effectively with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary professionals Provide reliable and timely services, with flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of families Requirements: Valid New York State Speech-Language Pathology license Clinical competence required to deliver Early Intervention services Experience in Early Intervention is preferred Strong professional judgment, effective communication skills, and ability to manage documentation and scheduling requirements Reliable transportation and ability to collaborate effectively with families and professionals What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $85.50-$93.00 per session, commensurate with experience Flexible hours to accommodate your schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of infants and toddlers and their families How to Apply: If you're a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for providing high-quality Early Intervention services, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
