Exciting opportunities await speech-language pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year! Multiple contract positions are available, with both full-time and part-time schedules to best suit your needs. You'll have the chance to support K-12 students, collaborating with educators and families to help every child reach their communication potential. As part of a dedicated team, you'll play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs. You'll also be involved in creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking progress, and participating in meetings with multidisciplinary teams. Desired Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or pending CA SLP licensure (CCC-SLP preferred) Experience working in K-12 educational settings is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a collaborative team Flexibility to adapt strategies for different ages and abilities Primary Responsibilities: Conduct thorough speech/language evaluations for students Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Provide evidence-based therapy individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate records and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team activities For these contract roles, competitive hourly pay ranges from $60-$70, reflective of your skills and experience.
