Michigan Shooting Centers is currently seeking an individual to work in our equipment maintenance and grounds keeping division. General maintenance employees are critical to our daily operations. We are looking for an individual experienced in facilities/grounds management to oversee and perform general equipment and grounds maintenance. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of our equipment and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool. The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions and customers have a great experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and coordinate the servicing and repair of equipment including, but not limited to: clay target machines, utility vehicles, and golf carts. Ensure grounds are meticulously manicured, which could include performing general landscaping duties (mowing, weed-whipping, mulching, leaf-blowing, etc.). Checking in on customers, ensuring an exceptional & safe experience for everyone. COMPENSATION: Starting wage of $13.75 per hour. Individuals with experience in equipment/facilities maintenance will start at a higher, commensurate wage.
