In this role, you will serve as a dedicated advocate, negotiator, and strategic partner to help athletes maximize their careers and brand potential. Your energetic approach will drive talent management initiatives, foster strong relationships, and develop innovative marketing strategies that elevate our clients’ profiles on both local and global stages. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for athletes, guiding their career development and managing their professional relationships. Negotiate contracts, endorsement deals, sponsorship agreements, and licensing opportunities to secure favorable terms for clients. Develop and execute social media management and marketing strategies to enhance athlete visibility and engagement across digital platforms. Identify and recruit emerging talent through targeted talent acquisition and recruiting efforts, expanding the agency’s roster of promising athletes. Manage all aspects of talent management including branding, image rights, and public appearances to ensure a consistent and positive athlete profile. Build strong relationships with industry partners, sponsors, media outlets, and other stakeholders to create new business opportunities. Oversee agency operations related to client contracts, sales initiatives, and overall agency management to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, social media marketing, or digital branding within the sports or entertainment industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships. Knowledge of talent management practices including branding, image rights, and public relations. Experience in agency management or working within a sports agency environment is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition and recruiting top-tier athletes or entertainers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with contracts, marketing strategies, sales processes, and legal considerations related to sports representation.
