Seattle Children’s is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to provide comprehensive medical care and clinical leadership within our nationally ranked Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Center. This role is designed for a clinician dedicated to the evaluation and management of pediatric patients across the full spectrum of musculoskeletal health. The primary focus of this position is the clinical management of pediatric sports injuries, including pediatric fractures, orthopedic trauma, and general orthopedic care. As a Physician at Seattle Children’s, you will lead and collaborate within a high-functioning multidisciplinary team including APPs, Sports Pediatricians, Orthopedic Surgeons, and Rehabilitation Physicians to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Lead the diagnostic evaluation and management of pediatric patients with complex sports injuries and general orthopedic conditions. Trauma and Fracture Management: Provide expert clinical oversight for pediatric fractures and orthopedic trauma, ensuring high-quality outcomes in an acute setting. Multidisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate with a diverse team of specialists to provide integrated, comprehensive care plans. Quality and Integration: Ensure all patient services align with Seattle Children’s goals, vision, and philosophy, incorporating rigorous quality standards and patient-centered care. Board eligibility of certification in American Board of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Med/Peds, Emergency Medicine or PM&T Required Credentials Licensed as a Physician in the State of Washington or State within WAMI region. Federal DEA Registration. Prior to start of employment, must obtain, and maintain in good standing, medical staff privileges that are not limited, revoked, suspended, conditioned, or probationary, except for normal probationary periods due to initial appointment. All medical staff members are provisional for the first year. Any and all medical staff privileges at Children's will terminate automatically upon the termination of the individual's employment at Children's. Termination of employment does not prohibit the individual from seeking medical staff privileges at Children’s as a non-employee in any category for which the individual qualifies. Compensation Range $266,966 - $311,623 Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
