The Human Resources team builds collaborative strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support the organization’s mission, goals and initiatives. We develop areas such as workforce staffing and development, operational support, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and advisory support for Human Resources across Hawaii Pacific Health and it's affiliated entities. You will lead the development and refinement of HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce sustainability. You will be a trusted advisor and expert resource on complete HR matters, guiding leaders through policy interpretation, case considerations, and HR resource alignment. This role contributes to system-wide priorities such as culture evolution, succession planning, competency development, and enhanced collaboration and teamwork. Seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources or related field. Previous management experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree or PhD in Organizational Development or related field. Experience training, coaching and advising leaders using evidence-based methods. Experience developing leaders and high potential staff. Experience in the implementation of assessment, diagnosis and implementation of cultural and large-scale organizational change. Prior experience in healthcare environment. Experience coordinating and maintaining productive relationships with external executive coaches assigned to senior leaders. Prior experience in E-Learning implementation.
