CVS Business Unit: Signify Health Location / Logistics: Remote position in US with some travel required Summary The Sr. Analyst, Clinician Engagement is a high visibility role with opportunity to interface multiple teams on projects related to clinician satisfaction, retention and engagement. This role will focus on running our engagement programming and establishing operational rigor around existing processes. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Clinician Engagement and collaborate closely with the office of the Signify Health Chief Medical Officer. Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as program manager for the organization's Visit Experience Program, facilitating 'ridealongs' between field-based Signify Health clinician colleagues and other teams, to include Product, Operations, executives (Signify Health and greater CVS Health), as well as client representatives and VIPs Aid in the planning of conference booths for national conferences, as well as clinician colleague engagement events (virtual and in-person), spearhead the rollout of additional programming Create, edit and distribute marketing and communications materials related to the Visit Experience Program, as well as other Clinician Engagement-focused materials (includes both print and digital materials, requiring the use of a CRM platform, such as Hubspot or Salesforce) Support the pla
