Job Position Title: Sr. Analyst, User Lifecycle Analytics Department: Data & Insights Group, Global Streaming Marketing Analytics Location: Los Angeles, CA / New York, NY Req #: 45702 About Us Paramount Streaming is a division of Paramount that encompasses both free, paid, and premium streaming services including Paramount+ and Pluto TV. Division Overview We are the Global Content and Lifecycle Analytics team, part of the Paramount Streaming, Data & Insights Group (DIG) team. DIG is a key connector among the Paramount Streaming verticals. The group consists of subject matter experts that prototype, build, and scale data infrastructure and products; assess, aggregate, and analyze data; and shape qualitative and quantitative based narratives and insights, providing stakeholders with decision support, performance clarity and business driving recommendations. The User Lifecycle Analytics team works closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Finance, Data Science and DTC Executives to drive subscriber growth and retention. Role Details The Senior Analyst will report into the VP of User Lifecycle Analytics, and will support a wide range of initiatives, partnering with the Lifecycle Marketing teams, DTC executives and Finance. This role requires the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, an inquisitive nature, attention to detail, and a passion for media, ideally with experience in analyzing user journeys and advanced measurement frameworks. Your Day-to-Day Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights that inform content strategy, product experience, and growth initiatives Design and operationalize frameworks and models that link user activity (content consumption, platform usage) to downstream subscriber lifecycle outcomes Identify churn improvement opportunities and risk areas through proactive analysis Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Deliver fast, ad-hoc analyses to address evolving business needs and priorities Partner with our Research team to integrate qualitative knowledge with quantitative models and metrics. Partner closely with Data Engineering to design scalable pipelines, data models, and dashboards Integrate AI-driven tools and automation into daily workflows to enhance efficiency, scale reporting, and unlock deeper performance insights Basic Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis Proficiency building dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis Experience translating complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to cross-functional stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and ad-hoc requests in a dynamic environment Strong solutions-oriented and critical thinking mindset Preferred Qualifications Robust mathematics and statistics background Experience working with predictive models Paramount Streaming, a division within Paramount Global, is the home to the company's direct-to-consumer services spanning free and paid in the form of Pluto TV and Paramount+.
