Sr. Applications Analyst - (IS Applications) LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Company: Protouch Staffing Location: Houston, TX 77024 (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $78.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) On-call Required Start Date: Now - September 2027 Ready to step into a high-impact role where your expertise directly supports critical healthcare operations? Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to join a forward-thinking ISD Business Solutions team supporting HR, ERP, and Revenue Cycle systems. What You'll Do Lead moderate to complex application analysis to improve system performance and operational workflows Configure and support Time & Attendance and Staff Scheduling systems (Symplr) Provide hands-on technical and functional support across business-critical applications Analyze system trends and present insights to enhance departmental effectiveness Support integrations between Symplr and Payroll systems Troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable solutions across multiple platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ERP-related initiatives Participate in on-call support rotation Required What You Bring Strong experience with Symplr Time & Attendance / Staff Scheduling Deep knowledge of Pay Policies & Rules Engine Scheduling, Absence, and Staffing environments Ability to configure applications and support end users Experience working with SQL and SSIS packages Familiarity with Symplr payroll integrations Ability to support both Symplr and non-Symplr applications Preferred Experience migrating from Symplr to Oracle Time & Labor Why This Role Stands Out Long-term, stable contract with a respected healthcare organization Opportunity to work on enterprise-level ERP and workforce systems High visibility role with real impact on operational performance Hybrid flexibility with a collaborative, innovative team Ready to Apply?
