We have an urgent requirement for Sr. Business Analyst position with our client. Role: Sr. Business Analyst Location: Albany, New York Duration: 12 Months Job ID: SLG - 26 - 11997 Client: NY State - NY State Duties Business Analysis & Documentation Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement. Develop use cases, and process flows. Document current-state and future-state workflows. Create, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation. Reporting & Recurring Deliverables Manage and maintain recurring report schedules and inventories. Create and update report documentation, including definitions and business rules. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports. Validate report outputs with stakeholders and ensure audit readiness. Mandatory Requirements Experience (15+ Years) Requirements This is an 100% Onsite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field 3 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Experience gathering and documenting requirements and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
