The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. A role with Space, Presentation and Transitions ("SPT") means you're on a mission to create better instore experiences for our Store Team Members and guests. We are responsible for ensuring the right item has the right amount of space in the right location in the right store at the right time. We do this by first leveraging analytics and partnership with our Merchandising and Store Operations teams to create a transition plan to determine how much and when change is needed to deliver assortment and presentation newness in our stores. Then, we initiate each transition by analyzing and allocating the appropriate amount of space for every business category for every store (often referred to as "adjacency"). Finally, we complete the transition by building a presentation (often referred to as "POG") and creating a location for our assor
