Description #Hybrid 3 days in our office on Pinnicale Hills Parkway in Rogers, AR . The Senior Category Manager is a client‑facing analytics partner who works with Account Teams and client leadership to identify inventory, supply chain, and sales opportunities, translating data into actionable insights . You will deliver forward‑looking analysis , decision‑ready dashboards, and recommendations that improve inventory health, supply flow, and sales performance. Responsibilities Client‑Facing Analytics & Strategic Enablement Partner with Account Managers and clients to translate data into actionable insights that guide inventory, supply chain, and shipment decisions. Inventory & On‑Shelf Availability (OSA) Analytics Analyze store‑ and DC‑level inventory signals to identify OSA, out‑of‑stock, phantom, and excess inventory risks, and communicate insights that enable timely corrective action. Supply Chain & Purchase Order Tracking Monitor purchase orders across quantities, ship windows, and DC delivery timing to identify forecast and demand misalignment and surface supply risks early. Sales & Shipment Opportunity Identification Analyze brand‑level sales relative to inventory and supply to identify demand‑driven shipment opportunities tied to promotions, features, and inventory constraints. Client‑Ready Dashboards (Scintilla & Power BI) Design and maintain Power BI dashboards using Scintilla data to surface inventory health, sales vs. forecast, and supply flow, ensuring dashboards are intuitive, scalable, and structured for direct client consumption . Account Manager Partnership & Client Engagement Partner closely with Account Managers to prepare for client meetings, interpret analytical outputs , and communicate insights confidently through structured data storytelling that connects findings to clear business implications and recommended next steps . Insight Leadership & Analytical Standards Provide analytical leadership by ensuring insights are clear, sound, and decision‑focused . Establish high standards that position Business Intelligence as a strategic partner .
