Position Summary In this role, you will lead and/or supports a variety of compensation initiatives and projects enterprise-wide, including compensation program design, the annual merit and incentive process, etc. Position Details Fosters strong partnerships and interaction with internal business partners. This includes but is not limited to addressing HRBP and leader questions regarding compensation and providing timely resolution of any issues that may arise. Manages salary survey process, including participating and tracking submission deadlines and associated costs, processing payments, analyzing survey results to identify gaps and opportunities. Participates in the design of compensation plans, such as incentive and commission plans. Manages market pricing system to include survey data maintenance, survey participation, aging & job level mapping methodology, and data integrity/maintenance. Evaluates market data/trends and conduct analyses to determine the competitiveness of Southland's compensation programs Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding compensation. Qualifications 5 to 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, focusing on market pricing and job architecture. Strong proficiency with Workday, specifically in compensation dashboards and data governance preferred. Excellent ability to manage complex compensation cycles with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and project management skills for juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Solid understanding of stock plans, such as RSU plans. Ability to design compensation plans, including incentive and commission plans. <
