Description: What We're Doing Our team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) team at Lockheed Martin, is dedicated to engineering, developing, and integrating new capabilities for the Missile Defense System that protects the United States and its allies. While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies. The Work In This Vital Role, You Will Be Partnering directly with the Cyber Engineering organization to embed and validate cybersecurity solutions on the C2BMC platform at COS HWY-83, ensuring that all security controls are correctly implemented and fully tested. You will serve as the primary liaison with the Cyber Test Facility (CTF) at MIDOC, where they will coordinate test events, validate test plans submitted by cyber teams, and will be required to brief program leadership on their analysis of the test plan while assisting the teams in identifying the specific cyber requirements needed for successful execution. Please Note This position requires a DoD government security clearance at the Top Secret level prior to start; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. The role will involve approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. Who We Are As leaders of the C2BMC team, Lockheed Martin partners with industry leaders to develop and field the backbone of America’s missile defense. Our national team supports the design, development, testing, integration, and fielding of hardware and software elements essential for the effective operation of the Missile Defense System (MDS). You will have opportunities to interface directly with key customers, including the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). At C2BMC, you will work alongside a talented team of technical professionals, including software and systems engineers, architects, and project engineering teams, at our Federal Drive location in the northern part of Colorado Springs. Experience with RMF and interpretation of requirements Familiarity with Agile and automated testing Understanding of writing concise test steps and other technical documentation Desired Skills Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' of relevant cybersecurity experience In-depth knowledge of STIGs, Ansible, and/or vulnerability scanning and network assessment tools Ability to communicate with a cross functional team of system engineers, network engineers and software developers Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
