About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for an attorney to join our Corporate Legal team as Sr Director, Corporate Counsel. This individual will provide legal counsel and support in connection with corporate and financing transactions, legal entity maintenance and corporate governance, and regulatory and policy compliance with a focus on global trade and customs, anti-bribery and ethics, consumer product safety, privacy, and intellectual property compliance.
