WHAT YOU’LL DO We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Events Engineer to lead technical delivery for offsite events, studio productions, and auditorium-based executive events. This role is responsible for planning, operating, and continuously improving high-visibility live, hybrid, and virtual event environments that support C-Suite executives, senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external audiences. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in event production technology, enterprise AV systems, live streaming, and executive meeting support, along with strong leadership skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure. This person will serve as a technical lead across complex productions, ensuring exceptional execution, operational consistency, and a high-touch client experience from planning through post-event review. Travel may be required, up to 20 percent per month, depending on business needs. Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Lead technical operations for live, hybrid, and virtual productions, ensuring consistent execution across studio, on-site, auditorium, and remote environments Provide end-to-end technical support for high-visibility executive meetings and events, including C-Suite presentations, leadership town halls, offsites, webcasts, broadcasts, and large-scale auditorium productions Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, technicians, and freelancers, including scheduling, coverage planning, role assignments, and on-site execution Serve as the primary technical escalation point during live events, troubleshooting issues in real time and coordinating resolution across internal teams, vendors, and production partners Partner with internal stakeholders, event owners, vendors, and clients to align on requirements, event objectives, technical scope, service expectations, and delivery standards Support, configure, and operate enterprise collaboration and streaming platforms including Microsoft Teams, GlobalMeet. Create, schedule, and manage webcasting and live broadcast events across multiple regions and business groups Improve and standardize workflows for event setup, rehearsal, show execution, strike, and support, increasing efficiency, consistency, and service quality across productions Develop and maintain technical documentation including signal flows, runbooks, process guides, support procedures, room standards, and best practices to enable repeatable delivery Conduct equipment planning, resource allocation, and cost analysis to support effective use of budgets and production resources Coordinate with service providers and technical vendors to gather requirements, validate readiness, resolve issues, and ensure delivery within expected service levels Support end users in the operation of AV and collaboration technologies, providing white-glove assistance and guidance as needed Perform room and event space readiness checks, certifications, and preventative maintenance to established operational standards Complete administrative and operational tasks including service ticket updates, event records, maintenance tracking, incident documentation, and reporting in accordance with SOPs and customer procedures Maintain and improve operational reporting, service documentation, and technical standards for supported event services Contribute to long-term event technology strategy, scalability, and infrastructure planning across studio and event environments WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves: Proven experience in a senior AV, broadcast, or event production engineering role supporting enterprise meeting environments and executive events Demonstrated experience supporting C-Suite and senior leadership in high-visibility, time-sensitive environments Strong technical knowledge of AV fundamentals, including signal flow, audio reinforcement and conferencing, video switching, camera framing, lighting basics, streaming workflows, and troubleshooting methodology Hands-on experience supporting live, hybrid, virtual, and webcast productions across studio, auditorium, and offsite settings Strong working kno
