What to Expect: The Senior Executive Assistant provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with internal and external stakeholders. This role is hybrid and will require on-site assistance as necessary. Responsibilities: Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. Other duties as assigned. Must Haves: Competencies & Skills: Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, and staff Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time. Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance. Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Excellent judgment is essential. Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice. Ability to dynamically prioritize and troubleshoot conflicts; anticipates challenges and proactively addresses them Comfortable handling multiple items and competing priorities Ability to complete a high volume of work and with limited direction & oversight Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work well across multiple teams and diverse communities Ability to navigate complex situations and organizations; identify and execute on resolutions Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or closely related degree, preferred Experience: 7+years of experience supporting C-level executive Our Culture<
