What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Corporate FP&A Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CTP or MBA a plus) Experience in cash flow modeling, forecasting, treasury ops, or banking relationships Sharp analytical mindset and a bias toward proactive problem-solving Confidence to challenge the status quo and pivot when the facts do Prior exposure to financial systems like FIS Integrity, Hyperion/OneStream, or JDE a plus What You'll Be Doing: You'll operate at the intersection of financial strategy and treasury execution. Reporting to a Director who values independence and initiative, your work will directly influence how capital is deployed across land development, vertical construction, and corporate growth.
