As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll focus on financial analysis, business partnering, and supporting leadership with insights that drive decision-making. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding business performance, and playing an active role in financial planning and strategy support. What You’ll Be Doing Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and key drivers Prepare reporting packages and deliver insights to leadership Partner with cross-functional teams on operational and financial initiatives Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3–6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel required; Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to leadership Experience in a large or multi-unit organization is a plus What The Environment Is Like Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility Fast-paced but highly collaborative team environment Exposure to multiple areas of the business with strong cross-functional interaction Why This Role May Be a Good Fit This role is well-suited for a driven analyst who enjoys partnering with the business, turning data into insights, and contributing to financial decision-making within a stable, well-respected organization. #srfinancialanalyst #financialanalyst #seniorfinancialanalyst
