Position Summary MAG is seeking a Human Resource Professional to support Navy Cyber Warfare Developmental Group (NCWDG), Annapolis Junction, MD. Must Be A US Citizen CURRENT ACTIVE DoD Top Secret Clearance This is a daily on site opportunity - no remote option Essential Duties and Responsibilities Help build, manage, and retain the workforce based upon organizational goals, budget considerations, and staffing needs. Provide assistance and support in job analysis, recruiting, screening, interview preparation, onboarding and resignation and/or retirement of personnel. Assist the government in resolving conflicts, handling disciplinary actions and resolving conflicts. Support development and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and management of personnel records. Support supervisors in performance reviews and appraisal. Support employee recognition efforts through quarterly awards, length of service awards and annual performance awards. Assist in employee engagement initiatives. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience Experience in a HR government contracting or GS environment Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have knowledge of employment law Must possess knowledge of human resource policies Experience with work force problem solving and conflict resolution Must possess organization skill and attention to details</
