About The Job We are seeking a Sr Labor Strategy & Systems Analyst to play a critical role in shaping and executing enterprise labor strategy while owning the performance and evolution of the Workforce Management (WFM) ecosystem. Operating with a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and confidentiality, this role partners closely with field leadership and cross functional corporate teams to translate business initiatives into scalable labor solutions, ensure governance and consistency across labor standards, and drive sustained performance through data driven insights. This role serves as a subject matter expert for WFM systems, labor forecasting, and performance management, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing perspective on labor tradeoffs, operational impacts, and financial outcomes. Success in this position requires strong analytical capability, systems ownership, effective leadership, and the ability to influence Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and field teams in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Director of Labor Management and is based in our Houston Corporate office. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Own end‑to‑end performance of the Workforce Management (WFM) system, serving as the primary subject matter expert. Translate business initiatives into scalable workforce and scheduling solutions across retail, rental, custom, and tailoring operations. Support enterprise labor strategy in partnership with field leadership and corporate stakeholders, ensuring alignment between operational needs and financial objectives. Support the development and execution of the WFM enhancement roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive operational efficiency and return on investment. Advise leaders on labor trade‑offs, productivity levers, and cost‑to‑serve implications through data‑driven insights and scenario modeling. Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure system stability, data integrity, and timely delivery of WFM enhancements. Monitor and manage system integrations and data feeds, identifying and resolving errors or inaccuracies in collaboration with internal partners. Develop and sustain standardized labor KPIs, metrics, and reporting for stores, multi‑unit leaders, and corporate partners within WFM. Build and maintain strong cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, HR, Business Intelligence, Operations, IT, and field leadership. Support change management efforts to drive adoption of WFM tools, labor standards, and new operating processes. Additional duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Business Intelligence, or equivalent experience or Workforce Management (WFM) experience of 8+ years or equivalent. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Extensive knowledge in retrieving and analyzing data from Hyperion SmartView or other database systems required. Experience in analytics tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong analytical skills to identify potential obstacles and/or opportunities to inspire change and drive the business. Strong critical-thinking skills to ensure systems are developed to be effective and efficient. Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to satisfy our internal and external customers.
