Job Description
Piper Companies is hiring a Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A Systems for a medical device company . This role supports a OneStream implementation that went live in March 2025. The position is onsite Monday through Frida y and can be based in either Tempe, AZ or San Jose, CA, depending on candidate location. Responsibilities of the Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A Systems: Lead and support the OneStream system implementation. Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize system performance. Maintain data integrity and accuracy across financial systems. Provide training and support to FP&A team members. Develop and implement system enhancements and upgrades. Requirements of the Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A Systems: 8+ years of FP&A experience at a public company with $500M+ in revenue. 4+ years of OneStream administration experience. Strong experience with financial reporting tools (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, etc.). Proven experience with automation using metadata, business rules, and Workday for headcount planning (PLP). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week Tempe, AZ – Preferred location. Candidates must be willing to relocate here. San Jose, CA – Open to candidates already local to San Jose. No relocation to San Jose will be approved.
