The Role CCC is looking for a Senior Manager of the CCC data platform that will lead a team of diversely skilled database engineers who architect, build, and maintain various data technologies for the company. This position is based in Chicago on a hybrid model. This role is key to mission critical business applications that require 24x7 on-call team rotation, incident management, change management and identifying key process methods for efficient delivery of service. Key Responsibilities: Manage/lead a team of 3+ direct reports as well as a team offshore resources Work closely with vendors to maintain and manage solid working relationships Act as senior technical resource, prioritize tasks, resolve complex problems, and participate in strategy discussions Resource management and training of the team Create and maintain appropriate documentation for data stores, production support and end-users.
