Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: Qcells is seeking a highly capable Sr. Business Planning Manager to support the central business planning and management function for the EnFin business. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining the integrated view of business performance across critical dimensions, including volume, pipeline, payouts, P&L, unit economics, cash flow, risk metrics, and strategic initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional financial planning and serves as a key driver of business performance management and operating cadence, supporting cross-functional alignment, planning processes, and performance visibility across the organization. You will partner closely with Qcells stakeholders to ensure the business performance is accurately reflected and aligned with operational execution. Additionally, this role will support HQ reporting and communications by preparing clear and structured updates on EnFin’s performance, risks, and key initiatives, helping ensure alignment with HQ expectations. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Corporate Biz Planning & PMO. This role is based in the San Francisco, CA. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of the integrated view of EnFin business performance, consolidating key metrics across volume, pipeline, payouts, P&L, unit economics, cash flow, and risk. Act as a key contributor to the business performance “control tower”, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and timely visibility across financial, operational, and commercial functions. Drive execution of cross-functional planning and operating cadence, including preparation and coordination of weekly and monthly review. Parter closely with Qcells stakeholders to collect input, align assumptions, and ensure accurate reflection of business performance. Develop and deliver structured analyses and insights to support leadership decision making, translating data into clear findings and implications. Perform variance analysis and performance tracking, identifying key drivers, and supporting the development of corrective actions. Prepare HQ reporting materials and business updates, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with leadership expectations. Support the planning team lead in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and follow-ups, ensuring timely execution and accountability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any quantitative field (e.g., business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics) with a minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience including 5+ years of experience in business planning, strategic finance, or operational finance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent analytical skills and relentless attention to detail. Strong work ethics and ability to research, identify, and troubleshoot problems independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced work environment as well as accept and learn from feedback quickly. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in residential solar, energy, or solar financing (e.g., TPO/PPA structures). Understanding consumer financing products (e.g., solar loans, leases, TPO) and/or solar PV systems. Fluency in both Korean and English, with the ability to support bilingual reporting and communication across HQ and local teams. Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
