Requirements Position Overview: Reporting directly the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Sr. Marketing Manager will lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement, retail traffic, and overall business growth across the US and Canada. This role will serve as a key liaison between corporate marketing, retail leadership, merchandising, PR, VIP, digital, and global teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, events, and product initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and track retail and marketing budgets, including planning, accruals, and expense reporting Lead and coordinate in-store events, partnerships, influencer activations, stylist collaborations, and brand experiences that deliver measurable ROI Partner closely with retail leadership, Store Managers/Directors, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to align marketing priorities and business objectives Manage marketing sample ordering, tracking, showroom organization, and product inventory coordination with HQ teams Oversee NY showroom management, including marketing closets, storage organization, and regular audits Collaborate with Public Relations and VIP teams to support product placements, media opportunities, gifting, seeding, influencer partnerships, and press initiatives Develop marketing concepts and content ideas for campaigns, product launches, influencer activations, and retail initiatives Support digital marketing efforts including campaign execution, creative asset coordination, affiliate programs, analytics, and reporting Maintain and proactively communicate an up-to-date retail and marketing calendar across departments Partner with mall marketing teams to identify media opportunities, support local marketing initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all retail locations Lead recurring meetings and status calls with retail leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners as needed Assist with campaign shoots, content creation, product launches, and special events Build strong cross-functional relationships with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Planning/Merchandising, Global Creative, E-Commerce, PR, and additional business partners Travel as needed to support retail openings, marketing activations, events, and brand initiatives Embrace the team’s shared vision, strategy, and goals while contributing positively within a fast-paced global environment Experience & Key Competencies: 3-5 years of relevant work experience at
