Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support and optimize injection molding operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is critical in driving process stability, quality, and continuous improvement across silicone and thermoplastic molding. Key Responsibilities Develop, validate, and optimize injection molding processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) Troubleshoot molding issues and improve process capability (Cp/Cpk) Lead process development for new product introductions (NPI) Collaborate with tooling, quality, and production teams Ensure compliance with FDA/GMP standards and documentation What We’re Looking For Experience in injection molding (silicone or thermoplastics) Strong troubleshooting and process validation background Knowledge of scientific molding principles Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
