Job Description
Overview How You’ll Make an Impact As Senior Principal of MarTech on the Client Engagement team at Epsilon, you'll be the primary point of contact for bringing together business requirements and Epsilon’s data & tech solutions for an enterprise dining account. We are looking for a leader that can advocate for utility of Clean Room & CDP and has an affinity for communicating solutions to internal and external clients. As a member of the Client Engagement team, you will be expected to drive data & tech outcomes and represent how solution investment brings value to both agency partners & clients. An essential part of the role is to be seen as a collaborator across stakeholders and a facilitator of requirements to advance the solutions. You will be responsible for engaging directly with the Epsilon product delivery teams, have the experience to represent technical conversations at a depth that empowers you to initiate workstreams towards a top-tier quality of delivery for the Epsilon People Cloud products and associated services. What You’ll Achieve Effectively represent the Epsilon People Cloud products and solutions in the current state, own and develop a vision for future growth through proposing new use cases, requirements definition and timing via roadmaps. Foster and build cross-functional consensus with agency partners and delivery leaders to facilitate the use of identity & 1P/3P data in AdTech and MarTech environments. Apply strategic thinking to create and manage a tech & data activation plan to achieve account goals tied to client outcomes. Actively work to streamline engagement delivery, focusing on improving the value of identity-based audiences and their effectiveness when deployed to channel partners.
