We are seeking a visionary Sr. Product Manager, Cloud & AI Transformation, to lead this evolution, driving the migration from traditional desktop software to a modern, service-based cloud architecture that integrates AI-powered workflows, automation, and data-driven insights. This strategic leadership role will partner across product, engineering, and business functions to define and execute the roadmap for Mastercam’s next-generation platform. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring our products not only meet the needs of today’s manufacturers but also lead the next era of connected, AI-empowered machining. How You’ll Drive Success Cloud & Platform Transformation Define the product roadmap for cloud transformation and ensure it aligns with customer needs, business priorities, and technical direction set by Engineering. Partner with Software Engineering leadership and Architects to define the service strategy, modernization phases, and hybrid delivery capabilities Drive modular Add-On architecture to accelerate feature delivery and partner ecosystem enablement. Collaborate with software engineering to establish the technical vision for hybrid delivery models, balancing local compute performance with cloud-powered intelligence. Ensure integration with Sandvik’s broader cloud ecosystem and alignment with corporate digital transformation objectives.
