This individual will collaborate closely with the line of business leader and play a pivotal role in documenting and versioning strategies. This role requires a strong ability to contribute data- and experience-driven ideas while actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Providing strategic input and making actionable recommendations pertaining to the line of business focus, including the development of underwriting guidelines, appetite, rating algorithm, and product strategies. Partnering with key business stakeholders – including the Distribution, Actuarial, Product Development, Data and Analytics, and Technology teams – to devise and deliver system and process solutions aligned with the line of business initiatives. Developing success criteria and measurement mechanisms for line of business specific strategies and conducting post-implementation monitoring.
